The importance of team retreats for remote/hybrid teams

I’ve written on the importance of offsite retreats many times, and will continue to do so. My passion is to create dynmamic cleantech companies that not only solve climate related problems, but also create meaningful, impactful and enjoyable working environments.

This can be hard if you are a remote and/or hybrid team. Which is in my opinion the optimal working environment for talent attraction and retention. But it’s not easy, and team offsite meetings are the best investment you can make if you chose a remote/hybrid model.

I’ve popped outside from our Hyperion team offsite to write this and take in some air before a couple of work sessions. The weather today is sunny, unlike yesterdays walk!
