About me

Hi I'm David Beeston and I'm an Associate Partner at Hyperion Executive Search.

I lead Hyperion's Energy Storage practice in Europe, covering EV Batteries & Materials, Grid & C&I ESS, and Long Duration Storage segments. I specialise in C-Suite and Senior Management assignments across Commercial, Operational & Technical disciplines.

Prior to Hyperion, I spent 10 years in executive search for international energy & chemicals, engineering, and digitalization sectors, which has given me a holistic industry outlook and broad network reach. I'm passionate about building relationships with energy storage leaders and I regularly network at industry conferences and events around Europe.

I am excited about building out the wider Energy Storage team at Hyperion as the sector is growing so quickly!

Outside of work, you'll find me watching my beloved Wigan Warriors rugby league team and Manchester United (amongst a Hyperion team of Liverpool fans!) or out walking my dog Boston with my fiancé Shell.
