About me

With over 15 years of experience in the cleantech sector and 30 years of business experience, I am the founder and CEO of Hyperion Executive Search, a global executive search firm that specializes in hiring C-suite, Board, Heads of, and other Leadership roles in the clean energy and e-mobility sectors. I have a passion for using my experience and network to accelerate the growth of the global cleantech sector, by supporting founders, entrepreneurs and start-ups to succeed and scale.

Besides leading Hyperion Executive Search, I am also the host of the 'Leaders in Cleantech' podcast, where I interview leading CEOs, founders, thought leaders and insiders about their technologies and their entrepreneurial journeys. I am also a mentor, advisor, consultant, and NED for several cleantech organizations and initiatives, such as Rockstart Energy, Greentech Alliance, Foresight Cleantech Accelerator Centre, and am a Fellow of The RSA. I hold an Executive Leadership Certificate from Cornell University

Despite being born and raised in London, I was wise enough to always be a Liverpool FC fan, and have had the pleasure of playing at Anfield (and Highbury & Villa Park) in my younger days! I read copiously (always open to a book suggestion), and am blessed with 3 wondering children.
