As August approaches fast, a lot of us are already on holiday or just about to board a train or plane (or jump on a bicycle:) to leave our desks and offices for the annual break.
And I assume a lot of us will take their laptop with them - even if it`s just to check our emails.
Well, a new study has confirmed the gut feeling now again. 48 percent of Germans are working during their holiday - even if it`s just the above mentioned email - check.
And rationally we all know that humans need a break now and then - and in our digital world it does also mean to keep the laptop shut and really be in the moment when we are on holiday and/ or with our families and friends. Burning the candle on both ends doesn`t work in the long run.
So, reading this article was a reminder to myself - and maybe to others? Would be curious to know if our fellow climate change warriors do the same?
