Here I am at another Energy Storage event - this time Solar & Storage Live in the UK.

This is an event we get to most years but this year it's bigger than ever! (At least double last year's hall size) and it's incredible to see the increase of international Energy Storage businesses here - already I've met companies and candidates from Germany, Sweden, France, China, and Netherlands! 

This is what it's all about for me. In such a connected world, getting in front of people and soaking up the buzz of in person events is so refreshing. 

Our firm Hyperion has been built upon strong long term relationships and we're increasingly aware of the difference this makes. Plus it's pretty cool to see some technology up close and personal, given we're finding great talent to sell, produce, and lead business in these technologies!
