Dropping A-Bombs not F-Bombs

I recently spoke about the taboo subject of CLIMATE ADAPTATION with cleantech investor and entrepreneur Ulrich Seitz. Why is this a taboo subject when we really need innovation and investment into technologies to help us adapt to the realities of our new world. On a daily basis we see and hear about extreme weather events, floods, fires, droughts and more. We need to protect our lives and communities, and those affected more dramatically than ourselves. Accepting the need to ADAPT doesn't mean we give up on our goal of using technology to reduce carbon and to create net zero economies, they are not mutually exclusive, but mutually beneficial, one can support the other, and if we don't adapt we will all suffer.
