About me

Elena is a focused and resilient member of the Hyperion Executive Search team, with over 25 years of commercial experience, including more than 15 years in executive search. She specializes in CFO and other C-level role assignments, for both local and international markets in the UK, Europe, Africa, and China.

Elena has accumulated a wealth of experience over the years, as a member of global finance practice in international executive recruitment, and by managing her own recruitment boutique. With her degree in Financial Management and Marketing, she has also previously contributed to investor relations firms, helping scale-up companies to gain access to global investors.
