Further positive news for the European solar industry with over 10GW to be installed in Germany over the next three years. 1GW of capacity will be available via tenders this year for projects over 750kW in capacity with a further 3GW in in the next two years. With more renewable capacity coming online, the costs of integrating this energy into the grid is pushing up electricity prices across the board which will drive further solar deployment as households and businesses look to self-consumption to insulate themselves from these price hikes. This self-consumption business model looks set to be the dominant factor in solar demand in Germany for the next few years. We're also seeing solar deployment figures on the rise throughout Europe with subsidy-free projects gaining pace.

Hyperion work with some of the leading businesses in the solar sector to recruit the talent they need to achieve their growth objectives. If you're looking to build your team in readiness for this growth stage please get in touch.
