Admittedly The Guardian is one of the more forward thinking publications when it comes to renewables, EVs and energy storage. That said whenever our messages reach the masses it should be welcomed, shared and encouraged. The work has indeed turned.
Smart technology allows companies and households to use energy more efficiently, reducing the need to build more power stations, some of which burn polluting fossil fuels such as coal or gas. Some of these technologies are more advanced than others but a few are on the verge of delivering real benefits to consumers and companies alike.
