Is the end really nigh for Natural Gas?  This article makes a compelling case. There are some, even those in clean energy circles, that champion natural gas, and talk about peaker plants as more viable than energy storage. It seems the big players in the supply chain don't agree.

Let's not forget that natural gas is a fossil fuel, regardless of it being cleaner than coal, it is a fossil fuel and burning it has consequences everyone knows about (though some are in denial, or paid to be). So we must stop burning it.

If Nuclear, coal and natural gas are all not just immoral (in my opinion), but also financially unviable, as we increasingly see, then we really have reached a tipping point in the clean energy transition. Could someone tell Donny Trump, Theresa May and the other leaders and promoters of fracking awful old fossil fuels.
