This sounds like an incredibly exciting project. With it being carried out in a contained island environment, the results can be clearly analysed to judge the successes and limitations of the project. Hopefully these pilot projects will help pave the way for cities and other areas that have grid constraints to follow suit. The effect on the island's residents should be dramatic given that 22% of households are effected by fuel poverty.
